Samsung unveiled the new samsung galaxy s8 flagship device,  at an event in New York . the devices shows its creating a new trend in smartphone designs other brands will have to follow this.  It just looks like a big screen. While Apple pioneered the all-screen phone concept with the first iPhone, Samsung and other companies have recently pushed it further, trimming the frame around the display so much that the forehead and chin on the new Galaxy S8 are barely there. But beyond the cosmetics of looking cool and new, thinner borders also serve a functional purpose: You can fit more screen real estate — and, therefore, more space for apps, photos or videos — in a similar-sized device, which is a good thing. Samsung is offering the Galaxy S8 in 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch sizes — compared to last year’s iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, which is available in 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch sizes. is this smarter

As we all know Elon Musk has been a funny person. He made a April fools day joke. He mad jokes about "chemtrails"  I f you don't know, “chemtrails” refers to a   conspiracy theory   that the vapor trails left in the sky by jets are sinister chemicals being sprayed by the government. Given that the Tesla and SpaceX CEO is an   advisor   to a conspiracy-minded president who has ignored government experts and proposed   massive cuts to science funding , this is   maybe not the best look ? Facebook’s Oculus to pay $500 million to gaming software firm ZeniMax over copyright infringement

A US jury Wednesday ordered Facebook and creators of its Oculus Rift to pay $500 million to gaming software firm ZeniMax in a lawsuit that claimed the virtual reality technology was stolen. The Texas jury made the award in a trial in which Oculus was accused of basing its Rift headset on technology stolen from ZeniMax’s virtual reality software, court documents showed. The lawsuit claimed Oculus founder Palmer Luckey and his colleagues developed the virtual reality gear using source code illegally obtained from the gaming firm. The jury dismissed the charge that Oculus stole or misappropriated trade secrets but found Oculus liable for copyright infringement and other violations. Luckey was ordered to pay $50 million of the award and another former Oculus executive, Brendan Iribe $150 million. The two executives were accused of violating a non-disclosure agreement with ZeniMax and copying the source code and other documents on a USB storage device. ZeniMax had sought $4 billion in ...
