From exploding phones to washing machines

It's been reported that some Samsung washing machines have been exploding. Come on what next is going to explode,  I guess we need bomb detectors cause exploding devices are becoming rampant. First it was Samsung Galaxy Note 7 now it's top load washing machines are involved. The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a warning Wednesday about repeated reports of Samsung top-loading washing machines exploding in people’s homes. Samsung was hit by a class action lawsuit last month from people who say their washing machine exploded. The company released a statement in response to the incidents yesterday, noting customers "have completed hundreds of millions of loads without incident since 2011." The warning comes after years of complaints of exploding washing machines from Samsung, with people reporting large parts shot across the room, leaving holes in walls and terrifying their families. The news comes after the dust has barely settled on Samsung’s last snafu. ...

Reviews of the week

The iPhone 7 Plus may have surrendered the second spot, but its smaller bro is still keeping the family on top of our weekly trending phones chart. You may have guessed it, the silver goes to the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016), and joining them on the podium is another of the usual suspects - the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. Next comes the iPhone 7 Plus - it may not be among them, but it's still mingling with the medalists. Galaxy J7's have been all the rage for a while now, and the J7 Prime enjoys a similar fate, steadily climbing the ranks - this week in 5th. The J5 (2016) scores one more for team Galaxy J, and we find it in 6th spot. The Moto E3 Power was launched this week and sure enough is quick to enter the chart, straight into number 7. The Lenovo K5 Note drops one spot into 8th, the Redmi 3s Prime returns after a 5-week hiatus, and the Moto G4 Plus is keeping its 10th position from last week. And no, there's none of the three current Samsung flagships on the chart. ...

The All New LG V20

Key features Aluminum AL-6013 body; MIL-STD-810G shock resistance 5.7" IPS LCD display, Quad HD resolution (513ppi); Secondar...
